All sales are final for services, courses, products, tickets.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact me and I will work with you to find a resolution.

• Coaching: all sales are final. There are no refunds for no shows. Once your session has been paid for and booked, you may reschedule at any time up until 48 hours before the meeting start time. If you attempt to reschedule within 48 hours of the meeting start time, and do not show up at your originally scheduled time, this will be considered a no show.

• Training: all sales are final.

• Audits: all sales are final.

• Inside Google Ads: all sales are final. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you may do so quickly & easily by visiting your Account Settings.

• Google Ads for Beginners: all sales are final.

• All sales are final. No returns or refunds. Each item is made specifically to order, and all proceeds benefit PPC Zone.

Inside Google Ads Live conference

• All ticket sales are final. No returns or refunds. You may resell your ticket up to 1 week before the event for the same price that you paid. It is against policy to sell your ticket for more than you paid, or for less than you paid, and we reserve the right to refuse admittance to your buyer if they did not pay the same price for their ticket that you did.
