As I only sell my services and digital products, all sales are final.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may contact me and I will work with you to find a resolution.

Work with Jyll

  • Coaching: all sales are final. There are no refunds for no shows. Once your session has been paid for and booked, you may reschedule at any time up until 24 hours before the meeting start time. If you attempt to reschedule within 24 hours of the meeting start time, and do not show up at your originally scheduled time, this will be considered a no show.

  • Training: all sales are final.

  • Audits: all sales are final.
